うちのＨＰは700Hit/日くらいなんですが、まだ一度も見たことがありません。

回答にはなりませんが取り敢えず
Windows CE
って入っているみたいです。
なんで、Mozilla/4.0 (MSIE 5.0; Windows CE)
という感じになるのではないかと。

うろおぼえですが、
Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; MSPIE 2.0; WinCE)
みたいな感じだったと思います。
MSPIE の P は Pocket の P です。
